1. Introduction
Asset Trend Simulator ("the App") values and respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed in the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User-Provided Information
The App stores the following information only on your device:
- Income, expenses, and investment amounts
- Asset and liability amounts
- Simulation parameters (period, growth rates, etc.)
- Saved case names and contents
UserDefaults-backed local storage) and is never transmitted to any external server or cloud.
2.2 Advertising Information
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner ads and full-screen interstitial ads. AdMob may automatically collect:
- Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
- Advertising identifier (IDFA)
- IP address
- App-side ad impression and click activity
- Approximate location (derived from IP address only)
The App always requests non-personalized ads (npa=1) from AdMob. We do not deliver behavioural / cross-app targeting. Ads shown are based on contextual signals such as country and the page being viewed.
2.3 App Tracking Transparency
On first launch the standard iOS dialog "Allow "Asset Trend Simulator" to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?" may appear. The dialog is required because the Google AdMob SDK statically links Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework.
The App's behaviour is identical whether the user allows or denies tracking — every ad request still carries npa=1 and we still do not personalise ads.

- Saving and managing cases
- Providing app functionality

- Ad delivery and display
- Ad quality controls such as fraud / invalid traffic detection
- Aggregate ad-effectiveness measurement
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 User-Provided Information
Financial information entered by users is never shared with third parties, including the developer. Everything is stored only on your device.
4.2 Advertising Information
Advertising identifiers, device information, and IP addresses may be shared through Google AdMob for:
- Ad delivery to advertising networks
- Aggregate ad-effectiveness measurement and analysis

5. Data Storage and Deletion
5.1 Retention
User-provided data is retained on the device until you uninstall the app or explicitly delete it within the app.
5.2 How to Delete Data
- Individual entries can be deleted by swiping on each screen
- Saved cases can be removed from the case list
- The "Reset inputs" option clears the currently-entered data in one step
- Uninstalling the app removes all data from the device
6. Security
User data is stored in on-device local storage (iOS UserDefaults) and is protected by the iOS application sandbox and standard platform security features.
7. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob: banner and interstitial ad delivery
9. No Sale of Personal Data
The developer does not sell any information collected from users to third parties.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or in the App's functionality. Significant changes will be announced in the App's release notes and on this page.
